At DineHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellation and refunds. We have kept it simple and fair.

1. Free Trial
All DineHub plans include a 30-day free trial. During the trial:
- No payment is charged
- You have full access to all features in your selected plan
- You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan will be activated and the monthly charge will apply
2. Cancellation
How to cancel
You can cancel your DineHub subscription at any time by:
- Going to Settings โ Plans inside DineHub and selecting Cancel subscription, or
- Emailing thedigitalhype2.0@gmail.com with your registered email and requesting cancellation, or
- WhatsApp messaging +91 87798 49621
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to DineHub until the end of the period you have paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Data after cancellation
After your subscription ends, your data (orders, customers, menu) is retained for 30 days. During this period you can request a full data export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
3. Refund Policy
โ Eligible for refund
- Request made within 7 days of the first paid charge on your account
- You have not actively used paid features (WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns) during this period
- Technical issues caused by DineHub that prevented you from using the service and which we were unable to resolve within 72 hours
- Duplicate charge due to payment system error
โ Not eligible for refund
- Requests made after 7 days from the charge date
- Mid-cycle cancellations (you keep access for the full paid period)
- Change of mind after actively using the platform
- Failure to cancel before trial ends
- Issues caused by your internet connectivity, hardware, or third-party tools (Razorpay, WhatsApp API, SMTP providers)
- Accounts suspended for violation of Terms & Conditions
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days

We will review your account usage and respond within 2 business days with our decision. - Refund processed
If approved, the refund is credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5โ7 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Subscription Renewal
DineHub subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your plan expires. To renew, log in to DineHub and go to Settings โ Plans. Renewals are processed immediately via Razorpay.
6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrade โ You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new plan activates immediately and the billing cycle resets.
- Downgrade โ Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain access to current plan features until then.
- No credit or pro-rata adjustment is provided for upgrades or downgrades mid-cycle.
7. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at thedigitalhype2.0@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay. We will investigate and resolve genuine errors promptly. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
