How do I set up DineHub for my restaurant?
Register at dinehub.thedigitalhype.com, select a plan, and complete payment. Then go to Menu and add your categories and items. You can start billing in under 30 minutes. WhatsApp us and we will help you set up for free.
Can I try DineHub before paying?
Yes. All plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to your selected plan's features. No credit card is charged during the trial period.
Does DineHub work on mobile?
Yes. DineHub is fully responsive and works on any smartphone, tablet, or laptop browser. No app download needed. The POS works with a tap-friendly interface on phones and tablets.
Do I need a special printer or hardware?
No hardware required. DineHub works in any browser. For KOT printing, any network-connected or USB thermal printer works. No proprietary hardware or Android POS device needed.
How do I connect WhatsApp to auto-send invoices?
You need a WhatsApp Business API account from 360dialog, Interakt, or Wati. Once you have your API key, enter it in DineHub under Settings โ†’ WhatsApp Integration. WhatsApp us and we can help you get set up.
Can I manage multiple outlets?
Yes. Growth and Pro plans support 3 and unlimited outlets respectively. Each outlet has its own POS access, staff logins, and reporting. Outlet management is under the Outlet Management section in the sidebar.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings โ†’ Plans inside DineHub and select Cancel. Or WhatsApp or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Is my restaurant's data safe?
Yes. All data is stored on encrypted servers, transmitted over HTTPS, and accessible only to your authorised staff. We never sell or share your customer data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the loyalty program work?
When a customer gives their phone number at checkout, they are enrolled in your loyalty program. Points are earned on every order based on the rate you set. Customers can redeem points at the counter. Points track Bronze โ†’ Silver โ†’ Gold โ†’ Platinum tiers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your customer list as CSV from the Customers section. Orders can be exported as Excel from the Orders and Invoices pages. Contact us for a full data export at any time.
